Door update (#739) 

* Simplify to a single fusion file.
Update all the DXF to new v2.4R2 dimensions (1mm smaller across both dimensions)
Update README with details
Add new screenshot to show how to save DXF files from Fusion

* fix table formatting

* fix CAD link
