Print parameters

as per Voron specifications:

  • Layer height: 0.2
  • Infill: 50% or more
  • Infill type: Grid
  • Perimeters: 4 or more
  • Top/Bottom solid layers: 5 or more
  • Filament: ABS/ABS+
