Stealth Zero
---
A low poly gantry mod for the Voron V0.1

In anticipation of the Mini Stealthburner I decided to alter the design of the V0.1 gantry to match the low poly aesthetic.
You can find the low poly front bed mount here: https://github.com/MapleLeafMakers/Stealth_Bed_Front
WARNING
---
I feel like it is worth mentioning that this mod is in active development. I've personally been testing the V0.1 parts along with the front mounted X carriage without any issues. [zruncho3d](https://github.com/zruncho3d) has been providing feedback on the design of the BoxZero mod and will be testing shortly.
Included in this mod are:
* Front mounted belt tensioners - These can be used to allow for additional tension adjustment in combination with the stock motor tensioners of the V0.1 or in conjuction with the rest of the items available in this mod for a full stealth look.
* Optional front mounted X rail - The use of the motor mounts included in this repo are required to maintain the full 120mm of Y travel. A custom designed, adustable Y endstop mount is included in the folder containing the X carriage.
* Toolless motor caps - I can't be the only one that's dropped something into the motors, right?
BOM (WIP)
---
I've included the BOM for each individual component in their respective folders. There are a number of parts that are reused from a stock V0.1 build and the rest should be lying around as extras if you bought a kit. The only "custom" part required for this mod is a 3x14mm pin for the front tensioners. The space constraints of the V0 (and derivatives) prevented the use of more common hardware.
THANKS
---
I owe thanks to those that have provided feedback and suggestions while I have been working on these designs. First and foremost, I owe thanks to the Voron team, especially [nemgrea](https://github.com/nemgrea), who designed the V0.1. Next I need to thank [Ramalama2](https://github.com/Ramalama2) for the original design that the front idlers of this mod are loosely based on. I also owe a huge thank you to [clee](https://github.com/clee) and [zruncho3d](https://github.com/zruncho3d) for their invaluable feedback and support throughout the design process.

The design of these front mounted tensioners prevents the use of the stock tophat lower corners. As such, modified lower corners are included here with a matching aesthetic.

It is important to note that the linear rails for Z motion (the ones the bed attach to) will need to be moved up by ~2mm for optimal positioning when using these XY joints.

The directories here should be fairly self explanatory. The X endstop bumper will work with either design, but be mindful that you may need to adjust the orientation of your Endstop in order to ensure that the trigger button impacts the bumper. Improper orientation will prevent the switch from triggering.

These parts are only needed if you intend on front mounting the linear rail for X travel. If you will be sticking with a top mounted linear rail these parts will not fit or will not line up properly.
It is also important to note that the linear rails for Z motion (the ones the bed attach to) will need to be moved up by ~2mm for optimal positioning.

The X Carriage design originated from the Micron and was adapted to align with my vision for this project. All credit for the original design goes to those that worked on this project: https://github.com/PrintersForAnts/Micron
