V2.4r2 Z-Drive Motor Tensioner Mod base plates (#707)

* 2.4r2 version

Modded the original design for the new r2 feet and cutouts of the baseplate.

* 2.4r2 version

Modded the original design for the new r2 feet and cutouts of the baseplate.
Only the baseplate has changed.

* Moved the whole mod to the "abandoned_mods" folder.

* Update README.md

* Update [a]_2.4_base_plate_b_mod_x2.stl

* added the change log section
